Ingredients

  • Tomato 1kg


  • Brown sugar 1 cup


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Red chilli piwder 1/2tsp


  • Oil 2tsp


  • Fennelseeds 1tsp

Directions

  • Take a tomato washed and cut in pcs.
  • Take a pan add oil,then oil heat add fennelseeds saute at briwn color.
  • Then add chopped tomato,salt,chilli and covered with lid.
  • Then cook at slow heat.
  • After 20 minutes then tomato r soft.(Bengali Dish)
  • Add sugar and tomato mashed in masher.
  • After mash cook in 5 minutes .
  • Then tomato takk r ready.
  • Then serve with Parantha,bread slice.
